This Embodied Restoration workshop is a gently restorative experience designed to guide your nervous system to a place of comfort and ease. Combining somatic movement, breathing practices, meditation, and a deeply restorative yoga nidra, this workshop offers two hours of turning inward, with nothing to achieve and nowhere else to be.
We will move slowly, with intention, helping to release held tension, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate the kind of rest that actually restores. You will leave feeling softer, more settled, and more at home in yourself — ready to carry that quality of ease back into your week.
This workshop is open to everyone, although the Engine room is an intimate space, so numbers will be limited. All you need to bring is comfortable clothing, a blanket and a willingness to arrive.
