Bespoke Therapeutic Movement Sessions

Movement is one of the most direct languages the body has, and one of the most underused in healing.

These one-to-one sessions bring together somatic movement and therapeutic yoga in a way that is shaped entirely around you. Before we begin, you'll complete an intake form so that I can understand your specific needs, concerns, injuries, and history. Every session is prepared with you in mind, not a generic sequence adapted on the fly, but a genuinely bespoke experience built to support you exactly where you are right now.

There is no fixed sequence, no performance, and no right way to move. Each session is responsive to what you are carrying that day — your body, your nervous system, and what feels alive or held in this particular moment. We might work with slow intentional movement, breath, stillness, or the places that feel tight or unfamiliar. We might explore the edges of your range — not to push through them, but to listen to what they have to say. The invitation is always curiosity over effort, presence over performance.

Therapeutic movement can support nervous system regulation, help discharge held tension, and offer a gentle way of coming back into relationship with your body, whatever your age, experience level, or starting point. These sessions are open to everyone.

60 minutes - $110 A complete session in a shorter format, ideal for those with limited time or those who prefer a more contained experience. All the same care and preparation, distilled into an hour.

90 minutes - $150 The deeper experience. More time to settle, explore, and integrate, recommended for those who are ready to explore, or anyone working with complex or longstanding patterns
