Slow Medicine Immersion
Embodied Resoration
An empowered commitment to yourself.
If you are feeling ready to commit to yourself for the next three months, my Slow Medicine Immersion is for you.
What is the Slow Medicine Immersion?
The Slow Medicine Immersion is a twelve week, one-to-one, embodied restoration program designed for women who are ready to work with their body rather than against it. Integrating Embodied Processing, Therapeutic Yoga, and Somatic Movement, this program offers a deeply personalised, nervous-system informed approach to restoration, not a quick fix, but a genuine, unhurried return to yourself.
This is not a generic wellness program. Every element is designed for where you are right now, your concerns, your history, your nervous system, your body, and what you are holding right now.
Over three months we will work together in a space of genuine curiosity, exploring what is showing up in your body, your nervous system, and your life right now. Perhaps you are standing at a major crossroads. Perhaps you are recovering from illness or injury, moving through the hormonal upheaval of perimenopause or menopause, navigating grief or the end of a relationship, or simply exhausted by the relentless demands of daily life.
Wherever you are, this program begins with you, exactly as you are.
The Slow Medicine Immersion is a twelve week, whole-person program drawing on somatic therapy, bespoke therapeutic movement, and rich psychoeducation. It is personalised and integrative by design, working with body, nervous system, and mind. Over the course of the program you will develop a deeper, more compassionate understanding of your own behavioural patterns, your nervous system, and what your body has been carrying.
Who is the program for?
The Slow Medicine Immersion is for you if you are:
Experiencing burnout and struggling to recover despite rest
Navigating the symptoms of perimenopause or menopause; including anxiety, joint pain, sleep disruption, nervous system dysregulation, or a profound sense of transition
Living with chronic anxiety that feels bigger than your thoughts can manage
Moving through a major life transition; grief, relationship breakdown, relocation, career change, or any significant loss of identity or structure
Simply ready to stop overriding your body and start listening to it
What’s Included?
6 x One-to-One Somatic Therapy Sessions
The heart of the program. Each session draws on Embodied Processing to work directly with your nervous system, gently tracking sensation, building regulation, and creating the conditions for what has been held to begin to move and shift. Sessions are available in person or online.
1 x Bespoke Therapeutic Movement Practice & 1 x Follow Up
Designed specifically for you, your body, and your concerns. Drawing on somatic movement and therapeutic yoga, this is your personal daily practice and something to return to between sessions that is genuinely yours, not a generic sequence. The follow up is a time for review, check in and practice together again.
4 x 30-Minute Calls
Regular supported check-ins across the twelve weeks to track your progress, adjust your practice, and ensure you feel held and accompanied throughout the process.
Weekly Emails
Consistent contact and support between sessions. You will never feel forgotten between appointments. Psychoeducation is woven through the entire program providing you with accessible, well-researched information on nervous system function, the physiology of stress and trauma, perimenopause and hormonal health, and the science behind somatic healing. Understanding what is happening in your body is itself a form of regulation.

This is a premium, deeply personalised program. The level of individual attention, preparation, and ongoing support offered across twelve weeks reflects genuine commitment, both yours and mine.
What makes this different?
The Slow Medicine Immersion offers the combination of consistent one-to-one somatic therapy, a bespoke movement practice designed specifically for your body, weekly recorded resources, and regular personal contact across a sustained twelve week period. This is a tailormade program for you.
This program was not designed from a textbook. It was shaped by nearly twenty years of working with bodies, by my own lived experience of trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and recovery, and by a deep belief that we all deserve more than symptom management, we deserve genuine, whole-person restoration. Sign up below for the waiting list. I will only be taking on a couple of clients each month. I am currently recording the video content for the program.
A note from me.
I know what it is to search for relief. I know what it feels like to be failed by conventional approaches, to push through when the body is asking you to stop, and to arrive finally, at something that actually works.
Everything I offer in this program I have lived, practised, and believe in deeply. It is my great privilege to offer it to you. If something here resonates, I would love to hear from you. There is no pressure and no obligation, just a warm conversation about where you are and whether this program feels like the right fit.
