Chair Yoga Classes in Ballina- Starting September 1st

Chair Yoga is accessible yoga classes for every body. Whatever your age or ability, chair yoga is a safe way for everybody to experience the benefits of yoga. This is a weekly drop in class. Everyone welcome. If you would like more information, or wish to talk with me, contact me here.

It’s especially beneficial for those with limited mobility, balance challenges, or chronic conditions, as it enhances stability and makes movement safer and more comfortable.
